We strive to ship orders rapidly. Orders placed Monday through Friday usually ship the next day. However, please allow a week, especially during special releases, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
If a product is sold out or more information is needed, we will contact you immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority and we appreciate your understanding.
DELIVERY TIMES
We work with mainly Bpost worldwide and DHL in Germany to ship orders. Orders are always tracked.

- International: 5-10 business days
RATES
We offer free shipping based on the total amount of the order and the destination. For following countries, we offer free shipping above the amount of 85 EUR.

TAXES AND DUTIES
We are responsible for paying VAT on orders within the European Union and nothing is required from you.
In the case of international shipments BONK is an exporter and you are the importer, therefore any import duties are your responsibility.
